With an investment of about 250 million dollars next January will start the development of the tourist complex "Las Palomas"

In the first phase this complex will be conformed by five buildings for condos in which about 70 to 80 million dollars will be invested. The second and Third phase of the project will have another five buildings each, and with all this is planned to complement the residential zone and the sport facilities of the project including a professional golf camp.

The total time for the accomplishment of this complex is estimated in 8 years, but if there is good acceptance of the tourists it might be finished in only 6 years.

Puerto Peñasco is growing with quality and this type of projects will enhance its tourist potential and quality of service with it.
