| Agriculture, cattle raising, apiculture,
and mining at a low scale constitute the productive
activities of the region. Activities such as milk
process, cheese elaboration, and fruit preserves
are also important.
Agriculture is the main economic activity practiced
in Arizpe. It is developed in a total area of
8,791 hectares and generates 774 direct employments.
Industry has developed as the factory, Camisas
Bahia Kino, installed in the region which generates
around 103 jobs. However, the industrial sector
in its totality generates 283 employments, which
represents 21% of the occupied population.
Commercial infrastructure is integrated by 67
establishments, made up mostly by grocery shops.
