Welcome to Alamos, Sonora is how we where received this past week when we visited this great city to prepare and plan our next visit for the "Festival Dr. Alfonso Ortiz Tirado"
This Festival takes place in January around the third week, and is a festival full of art, culture and fiesta, a small "Festival Cervantino" that takes place in the north of Sonora.
It is this year the celebration of the XX anniversary of this festival and will take place from the 23 of January to the 31, and artist with international recognition in the fields of dance, music, sing, poetry and literacy, will make this festival bright during this time.
We are all invited to Alamos for this fiestas and don’t miss the last days because its when it gets better. If you think you know Sonora all the way and you haven’t been to this Festival, then you don’t really know much.
